Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to close your account if we suspect multi-accounting or fraudulent behavior. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to cheat, manipulate gameplay outcomes, creating multiple accounts with different personal details, or otherwise manipulating our system for unfair gains.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonuses, promotional offers, free plays, cashbacks and other benefits are subject to terms and conditions as communicated at the time of offer. You acknowledge that bonus rules include but not limited to:

Wagering requirements on certain games
Periods during which bonuses expire or become voided if remaining unused
Restrictions on withdrawal requests until bonus conditions have been fulfilled

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

Bonus Abuse Prevention

Please note that we do not guarantee prompt withdrawals; please allow at least 5-10 business days for your request to be processed and cleared

Verification before Withdrawals

To ensure security, fairness and regulatory compliance:

We reserve the right to ask you for verification documents at any point.
Your withdrawal will only be paid out after all related documentation has been successfully verified by our internal checks or a 3rd party audited system.

Processing and Review Procedures

In cases where we determine that an issue exists (such as suspected cheating, payment disputes etc.):

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts while investigations are conducted
Withdrawals may be held for additional verification before being released
